Market Days with Vera foods

We love our new Carnival Folk feel to life! It's wonderful being part of this rag tag bunch of folk selling their wares, hearing their stories. I must admit, I didn't even realise how much i missed the crazy banter which up until now would have been part and parcel of my previous incarnation as restaurant manager. So many amazing artesans in the real sense rather than just name checked as such. How is it that food just tastes better when you have talked to the person who has calloused their hands over their produce? These market folk are master storytellers and colour our market days with much needed rich human contact(much needed after Damian and myself looking at each other for the last 6 months I tell you!)
