Lomo de Iberico Bellota, is a real insiders charcuterie treat. It is made using the same free range, happy, black piggies that feast on acorns. The loin is used resulting in a lean, delicate and tender, cured treat. Slice wa-fer thin and drizzle with a little olive oil.
