Finca La Barca Smoked Olive Oil

The very clever people in La Barca have used the traditional method usually reserved for its pimenton on this olive oil.

The arbequina olives are smoked following the traditional method of the Extremadura region of "La Vera", with oak firewood over 15 days. 

We love the fact that there are no hidden "nasties" in this smokey bottle of goodness 

Only a couple of drops of this smoky liquid gold are enough to add layers of oomph to any dish. We added 3 drops into our usual potato salad last night  and holy mother of all that is divine -it was amazing!

The production of this oil is limited to the production of the Estate, each bottle being numbered. Closed with sealing wax, it makes for the perfect gift for gourmet lovers.
