Reieto Cocktail Picante Glass Jar

When the urge to make cocktails or fix up a charcuterie board strikes you, make sure you’re well stocked with Perelló’s Reieto spicy Cocktail Olive & Pickle Mix.

Each tin contains a mixture of pitted green Manzanilla olives (Spain’s most popular variety), unpitted black Cuquillo olives (a rare variety with a smoky bittersweet flavour), silverskin onions, cocktail gherkins and the tangy kick of the guindilla chillies that have given Perelló their cult following. As well as being perfect for nibbling alongside cocktails as an aperitif, the Manzanilla olives are wonderful in a Dirty Martini and the silverskin onions can be slipped into a Gibson. This pickled combo is also excellent to have on the table for tapas night, or as a one-stop-shop for bringing on picnics.

The recipe in the jar differs from that in the tin - the tinned olives are slightly more savoury whereas the jarred Cocktail Mix have a crisp flavour and a little extra spiciness.

Serving suggestion: Ideal just as they are or you can make your own gildas by threading onto a cocktail stick with some anchovy fillets

Ingredients

Water, green pitted olives, chilli (SULPHITES), salt, flavour enhancers: E621 and E635, acid: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

May also contain traces of FISH and almonds (NUTS) due to manufacturing methods.

Storage & Care

Keep in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened keep refrigerated covered or submerged in its marinade and consume within 7 days.
