Our new delicious, cold first pressed Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is our first collaboration with Aceites Lis in Zaragoza, Spain.

We have walked Sergio's olive groves and visited his state of the art mill- and we just love the cut of him and his olives.

Tasting notes: green apple, olive leaf, green grass, almond

Olive: 100% Arbequina
