These gorgeous piquillo peppers are sourced from the fertile Valle de Alagon in Extramadura.

They are selected and peeled by hand, slowly roasted over open oak fires, then packed in their own juices.

Fabulous to stuff with crab, cottage cheese for fancy schnacks or slice up thinly over some toasted sourdough and drizzle with our smoked oil.
